Ian Hawkins is the Head of Product Strategy for Nasdaq Trade Surveillance. He is responsible for understanding customers’ requirements, regulatory priorities, market trends and determining the future direction of NTS. Ian has over 20 years of experience working for Global Investment Banks, the last 10 of which consisted of building, running, designing, optimizing, and in some cases decommissioning surveillance systems. Ian's roles have included monitoring Equities, Listed Derivatives, FX, and Fixed Income asset classes.
