Lucy Izzard

Lucy was appointed Chief Operating Officer for TD Securities Europe in June 2021. Lucy supports the advancement of Europe’s overall business strategies, overseeing all Operational functions performed in the Region including the business operations, technology, governance, and initiative portfolio teams. She is also responsible for services leveraged from core Centres of Excellence supporting Europe. She is an active board member for two TD subsidiary entities. Prior to this, she led TD Securities’ Global Operations and Business Services in Europe. Lucy is client-oriented, with a strong track record of building, managing, and motivating local and global teams across diverse businesses and product areas. She is passionate about all aspects of diversity and inclusion and is the Executive Sponsor of TD’s LGBTQ+ group in Europe. Lucy has been named twice in Involves Top 20 Global List of OUTstanding Executive Allies for her culturedefining work in this area. She is an active mentor within the organisation and has a keen focus on career empowerment, stakeholder management, and how to manage career progression discussions. Prior to joining TD, Lucy spent over 13 years with Goldman Sachs International and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and was called to the Bar in 2004. Lucy is based in London, UK.
