As a Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow, Simon collaborates with companies to leverage the Now Platform, helping business leaders optimize growth, innovation, and business agility. He provides thought leadership in partnership with business and IT stakeholders to develop frameworks and drive AI & digital transformation for enterprise streamlining, and process simplification efforts. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Simon was EVP (CIO) and Accountable Executive for IT Resilience within Lloyds Banking Group, leading the business strategy, design and deployment of the Now Platform. This resulted in exponential value realization across IT, HR, Risk & Operational Resilience, and Business Operations. He also held roles as the CIO for TSB Bank and in technology leadership with Towergate, Aviva, and Norwich Union. In addition to his role with ServiceNow, Simon holds a number of executive advisory roles in Education.
