Keith Pearson is Chief Technology Officer for Financial Services at ServiceNow, where he leads strategic engagement with the UK's most significant financial institutions. With three decades of experience spanning technology strategy, large-scale transformation, and senior leadership, he brings a rare combination of operational depth and commercial perspective to every client relationship. Before moving to the vendor side, Keith spent nine years at Lloyds Banking Group, where he held roles including Head of Technology Resilience and CTO/ServiceNow Transformation Director, leading enterprise-wide workflow deployment across IT, Security, Risk, Supply Chain and Payments. Earlier, he founded Ignition Software, building a B2B technology business to over 500 clients across defence, financial services, and government. He began his career as an officer in the Royal Air Force, leading large teams in signals, information systems engineering, and enterprise technology. Keith holds an MBA from the University of Bath and a Master's in Advanced Information Systems from Cranfield School of Management, underpinned by a BSc in Physics with Laser Science from The University of Edinburgh.
