Oliver began his career in early-stage, high-growth FinTech at Traiana, which successfully exited to ICAP PLC for $252 million in 2007. He later held senior roles at Barclays and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, gaining first-hand experience with the challenges posed by evolving SM&CR regulations. For the past ten years, Oliver has led VoxSmart, helping regulated firms meet compliance needs through Communication Capture & Surveillance technologies. With the strategic acquisition of Green Key technologies, VoxSmart has expanded its capabilities, moving beyond surveillance to uncover alpha generation opportunities within private wire communications, bolstered by a partnership with IPC.
