Tom Maples is the Managing Director, EMEA at Norm Ai, leading the company’s expansion across UKI and wider Europe. Norm Ai supports legal and compliance at financial services firms, by turning regulations and policies into AI agents that review content and business processes for compliance in minutes, not weeks. The company helps organisations evidence that their AI systems and operations are aligned with regulatory expectations in a way that is practical, auditable and scalable. Before joining Norm Ai, Tom led international expansion and revenue growth across AI, cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS businesses. Earlier in his career, he served as a frontline combat reconnaissance officer in the British Army.
