Es is the Head of Conduct and Compliance for NatWest Group, she had 20 years’ experience in the city; including holding SMF16 + SMF17 roles. She started her career on the KPMG regulatory graduate scheme, then moving onto Credit Suisse, where she undertook a number of roles in Compliance & Financial Crime. Es then moved onto UBS where she built out an Operational Risk & Control function in the second line. Es moved on from UBS to join Deutsche Bank as the European Head of Central Compliance, then moving onto the role of Global Head of Regulatory Change. Es joined NatWest Markets in January 2019 as the Global Head of Compliance & Finance before moving into her Group role in 2022.
