Libby brings over 25 years of expertise in managing non-financial risks and strategic change in the financial markets and services sector. As the Chief Platform & Functions Officer, for Risk, Compliance, Legal and Global Corporate Secretariat functions, she now leads the transformational GRC platform and AI innovation, development and implementation for the Bank. Her experience has provided a unique insight and understanding of the interplay between multiple risk disciplines, including financial crime, operational, reputational, regulatory, conduct, information and cyber security. Before joining SCB she held several senior executive roles in RBS, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and BNP Paribas.
