Uche Iwuchukwu is an Executive Director and EMEA Head of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Testing at Morgan Stanley, where he is primarily responsible for the delivery of the annual EMEA Test Plan, which covers the firm’s Institutional Securities Group (ISG) and the Investment Management businesses. Uche joined Morgan Stanley in September 2021, and his career spans over 24 years as a senior regulation and compliance/testing/controls professional. He has previously held senior roles in Regulation/Compliance/Monitoring/Controls/Testing/Assurance at HSBC, Insight Investment, BNY Mellon, Goldman Sachs, and the Financial Services Authority (Now FCA). Uche holds a BSC degree in Economics from City University London, and an MSC degree in Financial Regulation and Compliance Management.
