Heather Adams is a managing director with Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value group, where she leads the global Risk and Compliance practice. In this role, Heather helps the world’s largest and most complex organizations improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their risk management and controls. She works with senior business leaders to define strategies for their risk and compliance functions and helps organizations push the boundaries in how data and artificial intelligence can accelerate their agility and responsiveness to an evolving risk landscape. Heather has deep functional experience in subjects such as anti-money laundering, sanctions, fraud, KYC, and non-financial risk and resilience, and she has led large-scale transformations that deliver cost and quality improvements.
