Chloe Griffiths is the Head of UK CIB Compliance at Natixis, where she leads the Markets and Banking Advisory teams as well as the Central Compliance and Compliance Control functions. With over twenty years of experience in top-tier investment banks across EMEA and APAC, Chloe brings extensive leadership expertise to her position. Before joining Natixis in 2024, she directed Compliance coverage for Credit, Securitised Products, Emerging Markets, and Senior Relationship Management at Barclays for the EMEA region. Her background in investment banking also includes roles in both Banking Compliance and Conflicts Management at Barclays, and in Conflicts and Business Management at Deutsche Bank. In addition to her considerable professional experience, she serves as an External Specialist for the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) on their UK Regulation and Professional Integrity Exam.
